Travelmation Travel Advisor · Accessible Travel Certified
Vacations, designed around your family.
I'm Ciera Easterday, an independent travel advisor with Travelmation, based in Largo, Florida and planning trips for families across the United States — cruises, all-inclusives, honeymoons, theme parks including Disney and Universal, and accessible travel.
I also run limited-spot group trips through real TV filming locations, and I'm Accessible Travel Certified. I'll handle the details so you can focus on the trip.
My planning is free to you. I'm paid by the resort, cruise line, or park after your trip is booked — you pay the same price you'd pay booking it yourself.
Let's plan your next trip together.
Themed group trips

Why work with me
Same price. A lot less on your plate.
Booking direct and booking with me cost the same, so the real question is what you'd rather not be doing yourself at 11pm on a Tuesday.
-
The same price you'd pay booking direct. There's no fee to work with me. The supplier pays me a commission that is already built into the published price.
-
Dining and park strategy built for your dates. I chase the hard-to-get reservations and tell you which park on which morning, and where to slow down.
-
Payment deadlines tracked. You hear what's due and when, before it's due, so nothing lapses while you're busy living your life.
-
A real person while you're traveling. If something goes sideways mid-trip, you message me directly — not a support queue.
